Tendify review: cheap, broad and AI-assisted
Tendify is one of the most affordable ways to search European public tenders with AI help. This review covers what it does well, what its pricing and terms actually say, and what a defence supplier should check before signing up.
The short version
[ VERDICT ]Tendify gives a small bid team very broad European tender search, AI briefs that point back to the tender text, and a shared pipeline, for less than most competitors charge for one seat.
- 01Its price is the headline: €79 a month for up to three countries or €149 for all of them, with unlimited team members and unlimited AI usage. Both prices are currently labelled as a limited-time offer, so budget for them rising.
- 02Coverage is wide rather than specialised. The coverage page lists thousands of national and regional portals, but no NATO agency such as NSPA or NCIA, and the site has no defence industry pages.
- 03The AI is scoped sensibly. Briefs answer set questions with a reference to the document text, and the help centre says plainly that neither the briefs nor the Riko chat replace reading the documents or deciding eligibility.
- 04There is no documented API, MCP server, CRM or Slack/Teams integration, and no self-serve export. Getting data out on exit means asking the company under its terms of service.
What Tendify is
[ COMPANY ]Tendify describes itself as the way to “know which public tenders you can win”. The legal entity behind it is Trustpath Technologies Limited, registered in Dublin, according to its terms of service. Its about page names a four-person team based mainly in Zagreb and Warsaw.
The product is aimed at the people who find and bid for public contracts: sales and business development staff, bid managers, founders, procurement consultants and export teams. The help centre groups its industries as IT and software, construction and infrastructure, and medical and healthcare suppliers. Defence is not one of them.
The workflow is simple to follow. You describe your market in plain language and Tendify turns it into search criteria. A daily monitor keeps that search running. Each tender opens in a workspace with the notice details, an AI brief, the documents and a chat assistant. Tenders you want to pursue go onto a shared pipeline.
The numbers on its own site do not always agree. The coverage page says 4,000+ portals, the about page says 4,000+ portals across 33 countries, and its LinkedIn page says 3,800+ sources. That is a small discrepancy, but worth knowing if portal count is why you are buying.

What users say
[ REVIEW PLATFORMS ]We could not find Tendify on any major review platform. Trustpilot has no page for it, no Capterra or TrustRadius listing turned up, and G2 blocked our automated check, so we cannot confirm a G2 listing either way.
That is common for a young company and says nothing bad about the product. It does mean the only evidence of quality is the vendor’s own site and whatever you see in the seven-day trial. Use the trial on tenders you already know well, and check whether the briefs match what the documents actually say.
If you are a defence supplier
[ DEFENCE FIT ]Tendify’s coverage is aimed at civil public procurement. Its coverage page lists no NATO Support and Procurement Agency or NCIA source and no ministry of defence portal. Defence notices published on TED or national portals will appear, but nothing marks a notice as military, dual-use or civil security, and the site does not describe any security clearance handling.

We found no public API, MCP server, CRM integration or Slack/Teams integration documented on Tendify’s site or help centre. Alerts arrive by email.
04Can I export my data from Tendify?
Tender documents can be downloaded one by one or in bulk. A self-serve export of the pipeline or saved tenders is not documented. The terms of service let a customer request a reasonable export of customer data within 30 days of termination. See our Tendify export guide.
05Where is Tendify data hosted?
Tendify’s privacy policy says its servers are in Belgium and Ireland. It publishes no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, and the subprocessor list is available by request.
06Does Tendify write bids?
No. Its help centre says the Riko assistant is not an automatic bid-writing tool, and that briefs do not replace a final review of the source documents.
